General Counsel
Martha B. Lackritz-Peltier is General Counsel at TechSoup and General Manager at NGOsource, where she oversees NGOsource’s legal operations and ensures the program’s continued alignment with best practices. Previously, Martha worked at the law firm of Adler & Colvin, where she counseled nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations and donors, with an emphasis on international grantmaking, advocacy, corporate governance, and charitable solicitation, and prior to that, Martha clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Wallace Jefferson. Martha is a member of the Texas and California state bars, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court bar, and was named the 2019 Outstanding Young Nonprofit Attorney by the American Bar Association.
