Author / CEO / Autism mom
Nichole Daher is an American entrepreneur, book author, autism advocate, and founder of Success On The Spectrum (SOS)-the first autism treatment franchise in the United States-known for its parent viewing rooms and quality-driven ABA services. She currently serves as CEO of SOS Franchising, where she provides support, resources, and opportunities for entrepreneurs to open their own Success On The Spectrum autism centers.
When most ABA providers limited therapy to early childhood and operated behind closed doors, Nichole introduced a radically transparent model—centering families through live parent viewing rooms and open collaboration with clinicians. She broke from the traditional, corporate-controlled structure by franchising the ABA model, empowering local owner-operators to deliver quality care while maintaining national oversight and training. Her approach challenged entrenched norms, proving that ethical, family-centered therapy can also be scalable and profitable. By prioritizing transparency, accountability, and accessibility, Nichole transformed a fragmented industry into a community-driven movement that continues to elevate standards nationwide.
Nichole has been honored with multiple awards for her contributions to autism services and community involvement, including the Houston Humanitarian Award in 2024.
In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Daher is the author of Charting New Waters: Success On The Spectrum, a memoir chronicling her journey as a mother and business leader transforming the autism therapy industry.
