Jenepher Reynolds is a makeup artist turned beauty founder who has spent her career behind the scenes shaping how women are seen — and how they see themselves. She began her career in Toronto, where she was represented by Judy Inc., a leading creative agency representing top artists across hair, makeup, fashion, and creative direction. Her work spanned editorial, film, television, and national campaigns, with appearances in publications including Chatelaine, Canadian Living, Hello Canada, and Zoomer.
Over time, Jenepher began to notice a growing disconnect in the beauty industry. As trends skewed younger, real conversations around aging, hormonal changes, thinning brows, and confidence quietly disappeared. That gap led her to create Jenn of Arch, a beauty brand grounded in practicality, empathy, and lived experience rather than trends.
Her work and expertise have since been featured in outlets including VITA Magazine, Women's Health, Byrdie, PopSugar, and First for Women, and her Eyebrow I.D. System was recognized as a Beauty Tank winner at Make-Up in New York Show, October 2025.
Based in Charlottetown, PEI, Jenepher now focuses on building thoughtful beauty tools for women over 40 who want to look polished, current, and confident without pretending age isn’t part of the story.
