Billie Aasen

Billie Jo Aasen is the CEO of The Festival Company and the owner and executive producer of Extreme Mudfest, Canada’s largest mud and music festival. With over a decade of experience building large scale live events and purpose driven brands, Billie is known for turning high energy experiences into meaningful community movements.

She has led and scaled events in high pressure, male dominated environments and recently took her flagship festival brand to the international stage with a major arena show in Abu Dhabi. Alongside her event work, Billie founded and leads LIFTED, a nonprofit supporting youth and mental health through music and community focused initiatives.

Billie is a bold, values driven leader who believes influence is a responsibility and that purpose and profitability can grow together. Her work centers on leadership under pressure, reinvention, and using platforms as megaphones for good.
